They are very responsive, addressing all issues promptly and accurately. Due to a lack of accessibility, the home had to be “stick-built.” I was concerned about how long it would take, as I did not want the construction to extend into winter. DB Homes estimated it would take 4 months and they were right on time, almost to the exact day. My friends were surprised at how fast the house was completed. Sometimes there were two crews at work, one on the inside and and the other on the outside. There was no “dead period” in the construction where no one was working. My mother has lived in the house for several weeks now and loves it! The quality of the work is outstanding. Great job by everyone concerned! I recommend D.B.
