We would highly recommend DB Homes based on how easy it was to design the home/layout we wanted. They offered multiple options and help create that custom designed home. The structure of the home is superior (strong), along with the craftsmanship in the details from carpenters, electricians, plumber. We started shortly before the Covid shutdown so our experience was greatly affected by this. Even so, everyone was super kind and friendly despite the added stress. Our home is beautiful and the quality is the same as a stick built on site home! I’m sure prices have gone up since, but to have a home like this fully finished and turnkey ready with this quality, I think is outstanding!

The building process was new to. us. All. of the staff at DB very willingly helped with all of the questions we had. Although we spent more than anticipated solely due to. rising costs of the pandemic we were very happy. that DB had supplies needed for the build that other contractors struggled to acquire. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with DB. On a side not our island and countertops are gorgeous!

DB is like a well oiled machine! DB cared about me and what I wanted throughout the entire process. Every person that I had communications with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
