Dick Burke, Jr.

Owner and President

Dick founded DB Homes in 2001. He is a graduate of Richland High school and of University of Pittsburgh. Dick is married to Amy and is the proud father of two wonderful girls Anna and Sophia. Their family resides in Richland Township. His hobbies include spending time with his family, ATV riding, golfing and coaching just to name a few.

George Guaetta

Construction Supervisor

George joined the DB Homes family in 2013. He is a graduate of Bishop McCort High School, Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech Construction Technology, with over 22 years of experience in residential construction. George is married to Roxann and their life revolves around three wonderful children Gina, Jonathan, and Brianna. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, and reffing soccer to name a few.

Keith Skowron

General Manager

Keith has been an employed at DB Homes as it’s General Manager for the past 11 Years. He is a graduate of Richland High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Keith is married to Joanna and they have a daughter by the name of Ava. Keith and his family reside in Richland Township. Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, hockey and ATV riding.

Michele Migut

Executive Assistant & Service Manager

Michele has been employed at DB Homes for ten years. She graduated from Greater Johnstown High School and Bradford School of Business. Michele is married to Jeff, co-owner of Valley Printing, they have two cats and reside in Johnstown. She has various interests; watching TV, zumba, crafts, auctions, going to yard sales and hockey to name a few. LET’S GO PENS!

Chad Davis

Sales Coordinator

Chad joined the DB Homes family in 2011. He is a graduate of Richland High School and West Virginia University. Chad brings a fun and easy going attitude to the home building experience. His hobbies include coaching hockey at Forest Hills School, playing ice/roller hockey and golfing. His wife’s name is Crissy and they reside in Richland Township
